1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Link Flow Affiliates, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform roles
Brands list products and fund commissions through a prepaid balance. Affiliates promote products, compete for tier positions, and earn tier commissions and referral bonuses according to each product's configured ladder.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse tracking, or attempt to manipulate rankings or commissions.
4. Commissions & payouts
Commissions are calculated when qualifying sales are tracked. Payout timing and methods are described in the platform and may be updated with notice. Brands are responsible for maintaining sufficient prepaid balance to cover commissions.
5. Brand obligations
Brands agree to keep tracking code installed while affiliates are actively promoting, maintain product quality standards, and comply with the Product Listing Agreement accepted at submission.
6. Limitation of liability
Link Flow is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
