Tier commissions (top 10 positions)
Each filled tier slot (L1 through L10) on that product earns its configured % on the sale. These affiliates get paid whether or not they referred the buyer.
Referral bonus (the referring affiliate)
If a customer was referred through an affiliate link, that affiliate earns an additional referral bonus — typically 5% on top.

Your leaderboard position is based on how many sales you personally refer — not tier earnings. Promotion skill determines your rank.
One affiliate per tier
Each of the 10 levels has a single slot per product. Hold Level 1 and you earn the highest % on every sale the brand makes for that product until someone outranks you.
Positions can change
Rankings never freeze. If another affiliate passes you on referred sales, they can claim your tier on the next update — keeping competition active.
